INDIJOE SIZZLER

I dropped into Indijoe Sizzler for a late lunch one day.. Were offered some pretty good service and the place we were seated was pretty good.. We got one that didn't quite have a lot of people seated around us, which gave us our privacy to enjoy our food and have a good conversation to go along with..

Well, for starters we had Prawn Crumb Fry, which I totally loved! Yummm :) They looked more like fillets, and had a nice taste to it. Definitely something I would recommend.

Then arrived the shakes.. Lindt Shake and Snow White Shake. I, for one, am a huge Chocolate fan, but once I learnt that there were cake pieces in the Snow White shake, I just knew I couldn't let an opportunity pass.. Boy, was it delicious! It had vanilla in it,with cake pieces which just made it so irresistible. And it came with a Litchi on top!  :)

The Lindt shake was good too, but I don't think having a very chocolatey drink with your lunch is a great idea after all!

Yet another appetiser was ordered: Cajun Mushroom Balls
Hmmm.. Didn't enjoy that as much as we thought we would! :|

Finally, we got down to our main course... Which happened to be none other than the Indijoes Special Sizzler. The thought of ordering another sizzler, namely a prawn one did strike our minds but then we thought we should go for another one only if we weren't full after this one..Turns out all the above are very much sufficient for two! We could barely finish this one..

So, here'z another pic on request from Ankita! :P And jut so you know, the sizzler had beef, fries, rice underneath, veggies like cauliflower, peas, beans, capsicum, tomatoes, carrots, onions and mushroom! :) Very filling!

Well, this is definitely a place I'd be willing to visit again! :) I must say, Indijoes Sizzler has done a pretty good job with its menu and service like its sister outlet, Indijoes. Aaah, now that requires another blog post altogether! Coming your way soon... :)

On a scale of 5, I would give:

Ambience: 4.5
Service: 4.5
Food: 4
Money's worth: 3.5

Price Range: 500 (Meal for 2)

  6. Oh yeah, they still have that at The Indijoes at RMZ Infinity Complex at Old Madras Road! It is AMAZING! Also, Cafe Masala, by the same management: BJN group offers the same thing at Eva Mall, MG. Thanks for the suggestions! Duly Noted! :)
